Summary

The Staaff Platform is designed to manage your safe use of your personal DSE equipment in the workplace. To do this it requires the entry and storage of personal information. We take the protection of your information seriously.

• We don't sell or share your private information with anyone outside your organization
• Your information will be shared with managers in your organization to help them manage your DSE equipment nneds.
• We may use anonymized aggregated information to improve our service such as analyzing usage patterns or building predictive models

Who can see your data

Your user name will be visible to any member of your organization. All information you enter will be visible to the Administrators of your organization. Depending on the policy choices made by your organizations administrators, your information may be made avaialable to other members of your organization such as your line manager or employees assigned to manage DSE risks. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except as required by law enforcement or court order.

What we do with your data

We record all information you enter and use it to track problems that affect your safe use of display screen equipment (DSE). We organize this information and present it to the DSE Managers in your organization who are responsible for addressing issues. Comments, actions, tasks, reminders etc. are all recorded so that you or your organization can review the history of issues and actions taken to remediate them.

We will also combine anonymized data across all employees across all organizations that we manage to identify improvements in our service and to develop methods for identifying insights that may help DSE Managers to better perform their duties.

Security

We take appropriate measures to ensure the security of our services. These include precautions to safeguard your private information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

Despite our efforts to protect your private information, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security measures or that transmissions of your information over the internet may be intercepted. Your use of our services constitutes an acceptance of such risk.
